1. About Korsa
Korsa is a non-loan bridge product operated by Korsa Technologies Inc.("Korsa," "we," "us"). Korsa advances funds on your behalf to a third-party biller (such as a landlord or daycare provider) and is later repaid by you from your linked bank account. Korsa is not a loan, not a credit product, and does not charge interest or APR. Korsa is not a bank, lender, or money transmitter, and does not extend credit.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and able to enter a binding contract. Korsa is currently available in select states including New York. You must provide accurate identity and bank information and authorize Korsa to verify it.
3. Membership
Korsa is a membership product. By activating a membership tier you authorize a recurring monthly charge (Tier 1: $9.99, Tier 2: $14.99) to your payment method until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New members start at Tier 1 ($9.99/mo, up to $500 float) and may unlock Tier 2 ($1500 float) through on-time repayment history. Membership does not entitle you to any specific bridge amount; every bridge is reviewed at the time of request.
4. Bridge requests & repayment
When you request a bridge, Korsa discloses the exact fee, repayment schedule, and total you will owe before you authorize the transaction. Repayments are pulled by ACH from your linked bank account on the dates shown. You authorize Korsa to initiate these debits and any retries described in the schedule. If a debit fails or is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), an NSF fee of up to $25 may apply and your account may be paused until the balance is resolved.
5. No interest. Fees only.
Korsa charges (a) a flat monthly membership fee and (b) a per-bridge fee disclosed up front. There is no interest, no APR, no late interest, and no compounding. If you do not repay, Korsa may pause your account, retain unpaid fees, and report the delinquency to a collections partner, but Korsa will not accrue interest charges.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Korsa to fund illegal activity, to repay another lender, or to pay a biller you do not have a genuine obligation to. Korsa may decline any request at its discretion.
7. Disputes & arbitration
Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
