E-Sign Disclosure & ACH Authorization

1. Consent to electronic records
By creating a Korsa account, you consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, tax forms, and other communications ("Records") from Korsa Technologies Inc. electronically rather than on paper. Records will be delivered by email, in-app message, or by posting to your account at korsapay.com.
2. Hardware & software you need
A current web browser, an active email account, and a device able to view and store PDF files. To retain a copy, save or print the Record from your browser.
3. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@korsapay.com. Withdrawing consent will close your Korsa account because we cannot operate on paper. Withdrawal does not apply to Records already delivered.
4. Updating your contact info
Keep your email and phone current in Settings. We are not responsible for Records you do not receive because your contact info was outdated.
5. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any Record by emailing support@korsapay.com. A reasonable processing fee may apply.
6. ACH debit authorization
You authorize Korsa Technologies Inc. and its banking partners to initiate electronic (ACH) debits from the bank account you link, and electronic credits to that account, for: (a) your monthly membership fee; (b) each bridge repayment on the schedule shown at the time of your request; (c) any returned-item or NSF fee disclosed in advance; and (d) retries of failed debits as described in your repayment schedule. This authorization remains in effect until you revoke it in writing by emailingsupport@korsapay.com at least 3 business days before the next scheduled debit. Revoking authorization does not eliminate amounts you already owe.
7. Right to dispute
You have the right to dispute any unauthorized ACH debit. Contact your bank within 60 days of the statement showing the debit, and notify us at support@korsapay.com.
8. Acceptance
Clicking "I agree," activating membership, or requesting a bridge constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this Disclosure, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
