Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Identity (name, DOB, address, SSN last 4), contact (email, phone), bank account and transaction data via our banking partner (Plaid), payment-method data via Stripe, and device/usage data. We collect biller info you enter (landlord, daycare, etc.).

2. Why we use it

To verify your identity, evaluate bridge requests, move funds, prevent fraud, comply with law (BSA/AML, OFAC), bill you, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers strictly under contract: Plaid (banking data), Stripe (payments), our cloud and analytics providers, identity-verification vendors, and collections partners if a balance becomes delinquent. We disclose information when legally required.

4. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@korsapay.com. You may revoke bank-account access at any time, but doing so will pause your account until repayments are settled. California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state residents have additional rights under their respective privacy laws.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We use bank-grade ACH infrastructure and SOC 2-aligned controls. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to support@korsapay.com.

6. Retention

We retain records for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to meet financial-services recordkeeping requirements.

7. Children

Korsa is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
